TOI campaigns bag customer laurels

MUMBAI: The Times Group has bagged 19 medals at the 11th edition of ACEF Global Customer Engagement Awards which were held here on Friday. Of these, 9 were gold medals and 5 each were silver and bronze medals for the winning campaigns across Times Group’s brands.

Some of its campaigns which were awarded the gold medal are ‘Shot of Hope’ in the ‘Most Admired Social Message’ category, ‘The Trust of India’ in the digital marketing category, ‘Navbharat Gold Daily Newscast’ in the ‘Most Admired Podcast’ category and ‘Times Verified’, ‘Times Techies’ and ‘Maharashtra Times Brings Lord Ganesh’s Blessings at Home’ in the print and publishing category.

This year, ACEF received over 380 entries from brands and customer engagement agencies from India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Iran and UAE. Founded in 2012-13, the ACEF programme is organised by a team of professionals from India, Sri Lanka and UAE and is guided by the advisory members from branding, marketing and creative agencies.
